Tao, a part of our CACC Courtesy Rehoming Program, is a 2-year-9-month-old pup looking for a special kind of home—one filled with patience, understanding, and a heart willing to help him feel safe. Though he was loved by his previous family, they could no longer care for him, and he now needs someone who truly understands very shy dogs.Tao is naturally cautious around new people and situations. When he feels overwhelmed or insecure, he may react defensively, so he needs a steady, experienced person who can recognize his boundaries and gently guide him toward confidence. Tao may not be the kind of dog who thrives in every situation, but he is the kind of dog who will deeply bond with the right person.
